History
Dusty is a 10 year old golden retriever, diagnosed with diabetes in May of 2007. When I learned Dusty was diabetic, I was totally convinced she was going to die soon. That is when I started doing research via the internet to learn as much as I could about this disease.
After weeks of searching and reading I came upon Muffin Diabetic Pet Group's website. Only after reading Muffin's homepage, was when it finally got through to me that Dusty was NOT going to die.
Not only does Muffin's site offer information and support on diabetes, but also tries to offers help for those who simply cannot afford to care for a diabetic pet.
With all Muffin has given to both Dusty and me, along with countless others, this is my very small way of trying to give back so Muffin will be able to continue to help others as much as they have helped us.
